Terms & your rights

Pieces leave only when paid. Please check your items at collection: visible damage must be reported at the counter; hidden issues (stain left, shrink, missing piece) within 48 hours via the QR code on your receipt. Items not collected within 90 days of the ready notice may be donated to charity.

Consumer rights

Consumer rights (Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Qatar): clothes are kept for 3 months. Please check your clothes when you collect them. Compensation for damage, loss or colour change: (1) the value agreed before the service and written on this bill; or (2) an amount agreed after the damage; or (3) with the purchase invoice: 70% of the price if bought within 3 months, 50% within 6 months, 30% within a year, 20% after that; or (4) without an invoice: 15 times the service fee of the piece.
